About the assignment
We at Novare are a proud and approved supplier of the government framework agreement in Sweden. We are now looking for an HR consultant who will focus on the area of recruitment at the authority in Östergötland.
In the role of HR partner with a focus on recruitment at the authority, the consultant is a qualified and professional support to managers throughout the recruitment process, from startup to selection and final candidate. The consultant works cross-functionally within the organization's various operations and supports managers in recruiting competencies at both employee and managerial levels.
For this role, we are looking for someone who is curious and collaborative. You have good communication skills and can handle complex situations.
The position is security classified, and you may need to undergo a background check and possible security clearance.
Requirements for the position
- Several years of academic education in the HR field
- Experience working with recruitment in government operations or the public sector
- Experience independently managing entire recruitment processes, according to the principle of competency-based recruitment
- Ability to work concurrently on multiple recruitments with different focuses and recruiting managers, and to quickly familiarize yourself with new recruitment assignments
- Experience working in various HR systems, including recruitment systems
- Good ability to handle administrative tasks
- Very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish
- Ability to provide two (2) references for similar assignments performed in the last three (3) years.
Desirable qualifications for the position
- Have worked in an operational 24/7 environment close to the business, and understand its complexity and easily grasp the needs of such an operation and then translate it into practice
- Have worked with security clearance processes and conducting security clearance interviews
- Have worked in the recruitment system Talent Recruiter
- Have worked with record-keeping in Public 360Assignment period and scope
The assignment is full-time with an immediate start and lasts for approximately 5 months. The location is at the authority in Östergötland, remote work by agreement. Travel in the job may occur.
